Iloo Pro ("Iloo Pro", "we", "us") is a link-in-bio service. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Iloo Pro's website, dashboard, and public panels (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Iloo Pro lets you build a public "link-in-bio" page (a "panel") that aggregates links to your other content or profiles. Iloo Pro also inspects incoming traffic to each panel and, when it detects a known bot or crawler (for example, a social platform's link-preview scanner), serves a separate, editable "bot view" instead of your real panel. This feature exists to give you control over what automated scanners see; it is not intended, and must not be used, to deceive real human visitors or platform moderation review conducted by a human.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Account authentication is provided by our third-party identity provider (Clerk); you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You are solely responsible for the content of your panels, links, custom domains, and any bot view you configure. You represent that you have the right to publish that content and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
You may not use the Service to:
We may detect and log signs of automated abuse (for example, via IP reputation checks) to protect the Service and other users; see our Privacy Policy for details.
Using the Service's protective features (WAF, bot view, token-based link resolution, etc.) does not guarantee that your Instagram, TikTok, or other platform account is safe from bans, suspensions, or restrictions: those are decisions made by each platform, outside our control. See Section 10 for the full disclaimer on this.
If you connect a custom domain to your panel, you are responsible for its DNS configuration, renewal, and any third-party costs associated with it. We are not responsible for issues caused by your domain registrar or DNS provider.
Iloo Pro offers a free trial followed by paid subscription plans (currently "Creator" and "Agency"), billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise. We do not store your full card number — Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing and card data.
If billing enforcement is active on your account and a subscription lapses, your panel(s) may stop being served publicly until payment is resolved, except where a panel is exempt under our internal policies.
The free trial is available once per individual person, regardless of how many accounts, email addresses, or panels are created. We may use technical and account signals to detect attempts to obtain multiple free trials through different accounts, and may deny, shorten, or terminate a trial — or the account associated with it — where such abuse is detected.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users from harm or abuse. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
Iloo Pro and its branding, design, and underlying software are owned by us. You retain ownership of the content you upload to your panels. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content as necessary to operate the Service.
The Service displays icons for third-party platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, OnlyFans, and others) so you can label links to your own profiles on those platforms. These icons and platform names are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use is purely descriptive — to indicate the destination of a link — and does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those companies.
Bans, suspensions, and other actions by Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms: we are not responsible. Iloo Pro does not guarantee, under any circumstances, that using the Service — including its protective features such as the WAF, bot view, or token-based link resolution — will prevent bans, suspensions, reach restrictions ("shadowbans"), account deletion, loss of followers, or any other action Instagram, TikTok, Meta, or any other platform may take against your account. Those decisions are made by each platform according to its own policies, algorithms, and processes — automated or manual — entirely outside our control.
We assume no responsibility for any ban, suspension, restriction, deletion, or any other loss of access, followers, or content on your Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform account, whether or not related to your use of the Service. You use the Service, and share your links on any third-party platform, at your own risk and responsibility.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iloo Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including, without limitation, loss of traffic, revenue, or data, and any ban, suspension, restriction, or deletion of your account on Instagram, TikTok, or any other third-party platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
